We were buying our first home and Kai was the perfect person to help us! He was so helpful and responsive, even if it was the night before and you changed your mind 20 times before you go to look at houses with him the next day. He helps you find what you’re looking for and points out good and bad things with each place you look at.

He doesn’t just want to make a quick sale but wants to make sure you found a house you love. Plus he had the patience of Job during the closing process and even kept me calm at times during that stressful time. My partner and I consider him our first friend we made in NC as we moved from GA. We did not know him prior to having him assigned to us for our house hunting but now we are so glad we found him!

We are now in a home that I never thought would be my first home. It’s gorgeous and I wouldn’t be in it if it weren’t for Kai. We plan to use him again when we move back to GA in a few years to sell our current house because he had such a lasting impression on us and we’d love to work with him again.
